Senior Vice President, Retail & Co-Manufacturing Business Unit
This strategic food manufacturing leadership role will guide the retail and co-manufacturing business unit for a premier global supplier of custom, value-added food products serving leading foodservice, private label, and retail brands worldwide. This SVP will lead a newly formed business unit with approximately $500M in current revenue and will own the end-to-end commercial strategy across North America, overseeing sales, innovation, category management, packaging, and business development.
Reporting into senior enterprise leadership with full P&L responsibility, this executive will partner closely with Operations, Finance, Commercialization, Supply Chain, Sustainability, Legal, and Human Resources to ensure aligned execution across the organization. This role provides direct oversight of retail and industrial sales leadership, culinary, and customer service, with responsibility for future hires in packaging, insights, and category management.
This leader will strengthen private label offerings, expand co-manufacturing relationships, and negotiate complex, profitable customer agreements with major retailers and CPG organizations to support long-term revenue growth and category leadership across a dynamic customer environment.
The ideal candidate will be a proven multi-region P&L leader with deep experience across food manufacturing, supply chain, commercialization, and customer engagement, and a strong record of building private label or co-manufacturing platforms, leading integrated teams, and executing disciplined growth initiatives. They will also pair strategic thinking with a hands-on leadership style and a clear passion for food, innovation, and customer partnerships.
