Senior Vice President, Retail Business Unit

Position Summary:

This strategic leadership role will guide the retail business unit for a billion-dollar frozen food manufacturer with the #1 brand in its category. The Senior Vice President will drive accelerated growth, overseeing brand strategy, marketing initiatives, and strategic partnerships while having full P&L responsibility for the retail division.

Reporting directly to the CEO and serving on the Operating Committee, this executive will be a key thought leader who shapes company vision, builds high-performing teams, and drives innovation across the portfolio. Working collaboratively with R&D and Supply Chain teams, this leader will architect the brand’s future in an expanding market segment.

Success in this position requires a proven CPG executive with deep food industry experience, analytical acumen, and the ability to balance strategic vision with flawless execution.
