The Director of Engineering will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the company’s sugar processing facilities. This role will lead critical initiatives in process optimization, focusing on sugar extraction efficiency, crystallization technology, and energy management systems. Working closely with operations leadership and cross-functional teams, the Director of Engineering will be responsible for managing multimillion-dollar capital projects to modernize processing equipment, enhance automation systems, and improve production capabilities. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in maximizing operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and food safety standards. This leader will partner with multiple stakeholders to optimize sugar recovery rates, reduce energy consumption, and implement cutting-edge processing technologies that drive sustainable growth.
